Are you depleted or completed? Steps to step out “on purpose” of toxic relationships
1. Step out of denial and into awareness
2. Identify why you are staying in the relationship
3. Make a list of other things to do than be with that person that can distract you from wanting to interract with that person.
4. Drop yourself a little love note to help you through this time
