As so many people set out to embark on food change and dieting in the new year, there is a key pattern that begins occurring in January and February that is is intense, inexplicable and undeniable. The pattern that transcends for most is rebound or deprivation related eating making people “fall of the food wagon.” Once someone the “food wagon” falls off, all sorts of hell breaks loose in their psyche. In changing anything, but particularly changing your food, your psyche can either be your best friend in the change or your worst enemy against the change.
