I believe most of us don’t wake up everyday and wish ourselves a bad day. What happens is when we get frightened of something or we start thinking too much, and our brain throws us a curve ball we do one of 5 (disempowering) behaviors.

Here’s the tricky part. We DON’T want to stop being these behaviors. They serve us. We actually NEED these to become more aware, and allow growth to occur in the areas they show up.
