Part 1 -Summer Boost

What foundation of personal habits and routines do you lay each day to ensure a strong structure in order for you to ride life’s rollercoaster head on?

When I look at my own daily life and the roles I play, I’m amazed at how many times I’ve made it through my day on a whim. Sometimes on no nourishment, physical or emotional attention, I am just up and out – right into the shower and out the door…. and then I am surprised when I crash, get cranky, or I get stressed on little things.

This is an easy trap to fall into, unless we stay intentional to our routines.

Summer is a great time to reset!

Here’s my check list!
First, take note of what are you currently doing?
What is your morning routine?
What is your evening routine?
Some of us also have afternoon routines.

Rate how is it benefiting you? 1-10
10 being amazingly fulfilled

Go Deeper:
What things are you tolerating?
What needs are not being met?
What areas of your life needs higher standards; where are you settling? *standards are just behaviors- where do you need to up your game?

Make an action item list, and for the next few weeks do 1 small thing that reboots and revives your personal foundation!
