Katie Pemble is a veteran banker in Florida. She has enjoyed a 30 career, working with Bank of America for 17 years before turning her entrepreneurial efforts to community banking in 2004. She most recently retired as President and Vice Chairman of the board of C1 Financial, a $1.6 billion banking organization and publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.

Prior to her tenure at C1 Financial, Katie held numerous executive positions within Florida Bank, Inc. including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Credit Officer and ultimately CEO. While at Bank of America, she was President of Pinellas County for that company.

Katie’s expertise is in leading high growth organizations to excellence, and turning around struggling companies. She has a relentless focus on client relationship-building which she contends is the single most important component of sustainable success for any organization. It’s her 30 years advising clients – companies and individuals – on important financial decisions that makes her interesting for us to have on our show and to share her expertise for you!
